Insurance documents at Nelson R. Diers Orthodontics, in Fairfield, OH. At Dr. Diers' office, we work with all insurance companies. Orthodontic insurance differs from general dental insurance in that there is usually a maximum amount of dollars that is allocated to Orthodontics. In network & out of network benefits are usually the same. This amount is most often given one time, per patient and is referred to as a "lifetime maximum."

If you are seeking treatment for either TMJ or Sleep Apnea, these are medical conditions. These services are considered "fee for service" and although we do file all applicable insurance claims, you will be responsible for the treatment fee in it's entirety to our office, and in turn, your medical insurance benefit will go directly to you.
